She has helped me in contacting my original installer (I thought they were out of business) and helped me navigate all the pitfalls of multiple company contracts (my installer - not Simple Power - bought the hardware from another solar company who purchased it from the original manufacturer, and they have been squabbling for the last 2 months about who's warranty is responsible for the replacement cost...)Well, finally, things are beginning to move and I hope to have an install date soon.
