After almost 2 years of failed electric car charger installation, Simple Power Solar surpassed all expectations. Their tech Isaiah was on time and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us "boomers" on getting the charger app up and running on our "smart" phones! I would have given up on the attempt without his problem solving abilities & IT in his DNA super powers.

When my original solar company went out of business, I was unsure where to turn. This company stepped in and exceeded my expectations. The County inspector commented on how clean the install was and how professional Simple Power has been while working with Douglas County inspectors. The solar power output has been well above expectations given the fact we are in the middle of winter.

One of the few solar companies i have dealt with that are only there to help you not take and empty your bank account then go out of business. I have dealt with them for a couple years now fixing issues caused by Sunworks who are terrible and out of business now. 10/10 this is my go to company for all things solar.

Simple Power Solar installed two Powerwall 3s in my Truckee Home. They worked seamlessly with the necessary agencies. The installation is a work of art as the installers took great care with conduit and cabeling even in areas that will never see the light of day again. Initial start up issues were handled expeditiously with their support team working directly with Tesla. Go Simple Power to get the project done correctly

Mike Rocco was detailed and provided all information required for our system. He answered questions and helped us solve implementation issues. Tyler McCool provided excellent and timely field advice regarding technical questions and overview of system operation. Highly recommended.

I trust these guys more than any other company with a solar install. This was a challenging project, and made significantly harder by NVE, but SP was there with me the whole way through. Everyone I worked with was competent and friendly, and they worked with me to get the system I wanted. The installers went above and beyond, and they spent the necessary time getting this across the finish line despite it not being particularly easy or profitable project. They use good quality products including racking systems.

Further, the owner is the only solar representative I saw at any of the PUCN proceedings on changes to the net billing tariffs. This should tell you they clearly care and are mission driven. They also seem to treat their employees well from what I can tell.

Gregory Ashby was absolutely a delight to deal with, very knowledgeable and gives detailed information in terms I can understand. Went above and beyond in helping us get a micro inverter commissioned that we had to replace on a friend's system. Figured out we had a panel issue that was giving us a reduced output. And was very reasonably priced in dealing with us. Can't say enough good things give these folks your business they won't disappoint. Wish I could give more than five stars, Brian Adams.

The whole process was very professional. The cost was well explained and billed correctly. The crew came on time and worked as scheduled. Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and eager to explain how it would work. The work is completed on time and we now generate more than enough electricity for our daily use. The panels are not too salient and all the finish is seamless and unobtrusive. Highly highly recommended!

We had a horrific experience with our first company and were looking for a company that would take on our partly finished solar project. We were hesitant and unsure, but after 2 roofers recommended Simple Power and finding out that they had sponsored the solar at our local community farm off of Mayberry & McCarren, we decided to give them a call. Holy buckets I'm so glad we called Simple Power! They were responsive, trustworthy and answered all our questions. If you've had difficulty with a solar company in the past- these are the people to call.

I cannot say enough good things about Simple Power Solar. We personally went through every possible worst case scenario with another company and had to go through legal actions to get out of our contract. After such a traumatic experience, we started our search for a more reputable company to help us with a partially completed project. Which as you can imagine was not an easy task. Simple Solar Power, however, took the challenge by the horns and got us to the finish line (4 years of headache was finally over). They helped with each step of the issues we faced, and guided us through the difficulties we had with permitting (thanks again to the other company we started with) and catapulted us to completion. Since finalizing our system, Simple Solar Power has also been around to help with any system issues, answer any questions, and come out to help with anything we have needed them to. With our initial experience I would have steered anyone who asked away from solar. However, after the experience we have had with Krystal and Ash and all other members of the team, I would recommend solar and Simple Solar Power to everyone. Simple Power has been helping me with my solar system since Get Solarized closed down which was 18 months ago. Get Solarized has been banned in Nevada but the Simple Power team has been great. Krystal the Director of Customer service is great with excellent follow up and responsiveness. I recommend you give them a call if you are looking into a solar system.

Pricing of the project was more than anticipated however that seems to be the way things are going these days. I would recommend using this company.

This is the first home I have had with Solar, I was pleasantly surprised how helpful everyone was explaining things to me! I travel for work and the workers were able to service my solar without me being at home! They hooked the solar up to my internet for me because I am computer challenged and was unable to do it myself ! Great experience

Great experience having these guys install Tesla Powerwall batteries and solar panels; they are committed to doing things the right way, and they got the job done much faster then Tesla would have. During the winter season NV Energy’s grid tends to have lots of outages and momentary drops (Zephyr Cove area). Our system has already been tested: during a 2-hour outage on Thanksgiving Day, the Powerwalls kicked on fast and silently, running the entire house (including the central heat pump) until the power came back on. With the batteries set at 80% we could have gone 12 hours. After a long run with generator maintenance issues, I am thrilled to have a more reliable solution in place.

I worked with Krystal Gilman when my half of my panels stopped working. The installer of our panels was no longer responding to communications and Krystal and Simple Power were able to come out and quickly get things going again. They are very clear I'm all that they find and communicate clearly every step of the way. They are definitely looking out for the customers and want you to be satisfied. Excellent work and a pleasure working with them.

I had a wonderful experience with Simple Power, they did a perfect job, left everything clean and the boys Joey and Jason were very professional and nice!

They were done ahead of schedule and did some of the cleanest wiring I've seen in all my years in the construction industry. Sean & Mike were great and Hilary in the office was really on top of communicating with me.

After my fully off-grid system seemed to encounter efficiency issues, I reached out to Aspen Electric to see if they could help me diagnose the issue(s) and help me resolve them. Instead, they just told me I should scrap the whole system and replace it... to the tune of $38,500. I do NOT have the kind of money laying around and the system had been working great for me for a year and a half. So, I called Simple Power Solar.

Their technician called me to talk through the issue before coming out to diagnose, which saved me $ even before the appointment! He had me send photos and share details that equipped him to save time when he got to my home. Their technicians were skilled and professional... finding an issue with a breaker on my primary solar array that they fixed quickly! The whole thing ended up costing me less than $370 and is working really well for me again!

The Simple Power Solar team also provided me with some maintenance guidance and examples of upgrades I might want to consider in the future, which was really helpful--I know I'll want to upgrade at some point, and now I know who I'll want to hire to do that work! At no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and they truly helped me address the actual issue instead of just trying to get me to shell out tens of thousands of dollars for an entirely new system I didn't need!

Long story short, there are very few electricians in our area that are well versed in fully off-grid systems, and I'm SO GRATEFUL to have found Simple Power Solar!!

Simple power solar installed a 15k system with 2 backup batteries at our house. They were easy to work with, installed quality American made panels and components, and their work was clean and professional. Our house is completely electrified and during the power outages we've had they system has worked flawlessly. One of the best investments we've made in our home. Highly recommend!
