Simple Power has been helping me with my solar system since Get Solarized closed down which was 18 months ago. Get Solarized has been banned in Nevada but the Simple Power team has been great. Their office staff was incredibly helpful, and their technicians spent the time and effort to research the problem in my workplace's solar inverter and ground faults rather than just saying we needed a new inverter for $30k! If you have system that is no longer supported by the original installer, we highly recommend Simple Power Solar.

Great experience having these guys install Tesla Powerwall batteries and solar panels; they are committed to doing things the right way, and they got the job done much faster then Tesla would have. During the winter season NV Energy’s grid tends to have lots of outages and momentary drops (Zephyr Cove area). Our system has already been tested: during a 2-hour outage on Thanksgiving Day, the Powerwalls kicked on fast and silently, running the entire house (including the central heat pump) until the power came back on. With the batteries set at 80% we could have gone 12 hours. After a long run with generator maintenance issues, I am thrilled to have a more reliable solution in place.

SimpleSolar was easy to work with. While they may not be the cheapest option, the install is very clean and dressed nicely - not something I can say for my previous home solar install using a different installer.

Their team provided excellent service. Austin, Matt, Cody, Jordan, Evan and Hillary were amazing. I appreciate their recommendations in the process as I knew nothing about solar storage and it was set up perfect.

I purchased a solar system from a national firm. This company was contracted by my original supplier to resolve start up issues and the did. Once they received the contract for the work they kept me informed. The Service rep Jon was well seasoned in this work. He was timely, polite and communicate exceptionally well. Because of Him I have now made Simple Power Solar my local agent and will be using them if as non warranty items arrive.

Simple Power Solar installed two Powerwall 3s in my Truckee Home. They worked seamlessly with the necessary agencies. The installation is a work of art as the installers took great care with conduit and cabeling even in areas that will never see the light of day again. My 8 year old inverter is broken and I've been having a hard time getting it replaced. Krystal at Simple Power Solar Service Department has been my rock. She has helped me in contacting my original installer (I thought they were out of business) and helped me navigate all the pitfalls of multiple company contracts (my installer - not Simple Power - bought the hardware from another solar company who purchased it from the original manufacturer, and they have been squabbling for the last 2 months about who's warranty is responsible for the replacement cost...)Well, finally, things are beginning to move and I hope to have an install date soon. After my fully off-grid system seemed to encounter efficiency issues, I reached out to Aspen Electric to see if they could help me diagnose the issue(s) and help me resolve them. Instead, they just told me I should scrap the whole system and replace it... to the tune of $38,500. I do NOT have the kind of money laying around and the system had been working great for me for a year and a half. So, I called Simple Power Solar.Their technician called me to talk through the issue before coming out to diagnose, which saved me $ even before the appointment! He had me send photos and share details that equipped him to save time when he got to my home. Their technicians were skilled and professional... finding an issue with a breaker on my primary solar array that they fixed quickly! The whole thing ended up costing me less than $370 and is working really well for me again!The Simple Power Solar team also provided me with some maintenance guidance and examples of upgrades I might want to consider in the future, which was really helpful--I know I'll want to upgrade at some point, and now I know who I'll want to hire to do that work! At no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and they truly helped me address the actual issue instead of just trying to get me to shell out tens of thousands of dollars for an entirely new system I didn't need!Long story short, there are very few electricians in our area that are well versed in fully off-grid systems, and I'm SO GRATEFUL to have found Simple Power Solar!!

After installing solar panels and enduring a 4-day power outage from NV Energy, I decided that the most valuable investment was a battery to store the solar power so I could use it during another outage. Not too long ago we had an outage, and the battery switched over seamlessly. I’m very pleased.

Simple Power Solar installed a solar and battery backup system for us. The entire process was very smooth and they took care of all the design, permits, HOA approvals, etc.The system was designed to meet the snow load requirements. Throughout the process we received timely updates and the system was installed on time. They were easy to reach anytime we had questions. Overall they were very professional and I highly recommend them!

I wanted to write to give a great review for Simple Power Solar. They did our solar panels in 2019, which have been flawless and performing even a bit better than anticipated. And then they were able to find us a Tesla Powerwall, which are hard to find, and get it installed this spring. We love having the battery backup, and they made the process very smooth. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for solar and battery backup in the area.

We've had solar panels on our roof for several years and decided that it was time for a battery backup if the grid went down. Simple Power did a great job. First there are required permit from the city and electric company, which Simple Power handles. Then the installation of equipment and inspections, and finally the software setup so you have monitoring capacity on your smart phone. They are all very knowledgeable. The last employee who set up the software and monitoring, Sean, was spectacular.

This is a very good company. They did a wonderful job installing several components of a battery/solar system on my house. The staff is very experienced and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had Simple Power Solar install our panels a couple years ago. Although it took a while to get them installed, we were happy with the service and the professionalism of the installers and the office personnel. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We haven't had any issues with our solar panels to date. If we ever do, we have confidence that Simple Power Solar will come through for us.

When my system stopped producing power i was not sure who to call. Solar City was the original installers then it switched to Tesla. Was unable to navigate thru their website to find a solution and talking to a live person appeared not to be an option.I picked Simple Power Solar based on their location to my former employer. They were helpful right after the first call, gave me the information needed to resolve my system, so we moved forward.There was a time element from diagnosis to repair but that was out of their hands. Upon the eta date for the replacement inverter arriving, it appeared the original supplier was unable to provide them with the product, so Krystal started to follow up for finding a solution after a few days a solution was found, and my system is back up and performing as designed.Thanks for your customer service!Doug
